1. Palvelun kuvaus
AIGhostTools tarjoaa digitaalisia palveluita etänä sähköpostitse. Palvelua tarjoaa Jelena (kevytyrittäjä, UKKO.fi). Palvelut:
- Automaatiot — työnkulkujen automatisointi, kertatoteutus alkaen 490 € + alv 25,5 %, ylläpito 149 € + alv 25,5 % / kk
- Kasvukumppanuus — kuukausittainen digitaalinen kumppanuus, 1 900 € + alv 25,5 % / kk
Kaikki palvelut toimitetaan etänä sähköpostitse. Ei palavereita eikä puhelinneuvotteluita.
2. Automaatiot — toimitus- ja maksuehdot
Kertatoteutus (alkaen 490 € + alv 25,5 %) sisältää yhden automaation suunnittelun, rakentamisen ja testauksen. Laajemmista kokonaisuuksista (tyypillisesti 1 500–3 000 € + alv) sovitaan kiinteä hinta etukäteen — ei tuntilaskutusta. Laskutus toteutuksen luovutushetkellä, isommissa projekteissa 50 %/50 %.
Ylläpito ja valvonta (149 € + alv 25,5 % / kk) sisältää automaation ylläpidon AIGhostToolsin palvelimella, valvonnan ja korjaukset, jos ulkopuolinen palvelu muuttuu, sekä pienmuutokset. Laskutetaan kuukausittain etukäteen. Irtisanomisaika 30 päivää kirjallisesti sähköpostilla, ei sitoutumisaikaa.
Ulkopuolisten palveluiden käyttö- ja API-maksut (esim. tekoälymallien, pilvipalveluiden tai muiden kolmansien osapuolten kuukausi- tai käyttöpohjaiset maksut) eivät sisälly kerta- tai ylläpitohintaan. Jos automaatio vaatii tällaisia maksullisia palveluita, niistä sovitaan asiakkaan kanssa erikseen ennen käyttöönottoa, ja asiakas vastaa niistä suoraan tai laskutetaan erikseen.
3. Kasvukumppanuus — sisältö
Kuukausittainen palvelu (1 900 € + alv 25,5 % / kk) sisältää:
- Google Business Profile -hallinta: 4 postausta/kk + arvosteluvastaukset
- AI-näkyvyysraportti (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
- Kilpailija-analyysi: 3 kilpailijaa/kk
- 1 sivustopäivitys/kk
- Kuukausiraportti sähköpostilla
Palvelu vaatii managerpääsyn asiakkaan Google Business -profiiliin. Pääsy peruutetaan palvelun päättyessä.
4. Kasvukumppanuus — laskutus ja irtisanominen
- Laskutetaan kuukausittain etukäteen
- Irtisanomisaika: 30 päivää kirjallisesti sähköpostilla
- Ei sitoutumisaikaa
5. Tekijänoikeudet
Kaikki toimitetut työt (automaatiot, sisällöt, raportit) ovat asiakkaan omaisuutta. Toteutuksessa käytetään avoimia standardeja ilman käyttörajoituksia.
6. Muutokset ja jatkokehitys
- 125 €/tunti + alv 25,5 % — lisämuutokset Kasvukumppanuus-paketin yhden kuukausipäivityksen ylittävältä osalta
- Suuremmista muutoksista voidaan sopia kiinteä hinta etukäteen
7. Palvelun vastuut
AIGhostTools vastaa: automaatioiden toimivuudesta sovitussa laajuudessa ja Kasvukumppanuus-palvelun kuukausittaisesta toimittamisesta sovitussa laajuudessa.
AIGhostTools ei vastaa: hakukonesijoitusten takuusta, Google-algoritmin muutoksista, tekoälysisällön yksittäisistä asiavirheistä, Google Business Profile -tilin Googlen toimesta tapahtuvista rajoituksista, hosting-palveluiden häiriöistä eikä automaatioiden käyttämien ulkopuolisten palveluiden käyttö- tai API-maksuista.
8. Vastuunrajoitus
AIGhostToolsin kokonaisvastuu rajoittuu enintään asiakkaan maksamaan kuukausi- tai projektimaksuun. Epäsuorista vahingoista tai menetetyistä tuloista ei vastata.
9. Ylivoimainen este
Viivästyksistä ylivoimaisen esteen (sähkökatkos, sairaus, tietoliikennehäiriö) johdosta ei vastata. Toimitusaikataulu sovitaan uudelleen kirjallisesti.
10. Soveltuva laki
Suomen laki. Toimivaltainen tuomioistuin: Etelä-Pohjanmaan käräjäoikeus (Seinäjoki).
11. Kampanjat ja erilliset tarjoukset
AIGhostTools voi ajoittain myydä erillisiä kertaluontoisia kampanjatuotteita (esim. Google-yritysprofiilin optimointi), joiden hinta, sisältö ja saatavuus ilmoitetaan kyseisen kampanjan omalla sivulla. Kampanjasivun ehdot (mm. hinta, määräaika, paikkojen määrä, maksuajankohta) täydentävät näitä käyttöehtoja eivätkä korvaa niitä.
- Kampanjahinnat ja -tarjoukset ovat voimassa vain ilmoitetun ajan tai niin kauan kuin ilmoitettuja paikkoja on saatavilla, ja AIGhostTools voi päättää tai muuttaa kampanjan milloin tahansa etukäteen ilmoittamatta
- Mikäli kampanjassa luvataan maksu vasta lopputuloksen näkemisen jälkeen, lopputulos katsotaan hyväksytyksi, jos asiakas ei reklamoi 48 tunnin kuluessa toimituksesta
- Näiden käyttöehtojen yleiset kohdat (mm. vastuunrajoitus, ylivoimainen este, tekijänoikeudet, soveltuva laki) koskevat myös kampanjatuotteita, ellei kampanjasivulla toisin mainita
12. Muutokset ehtoihin
Muutoksista ilmoitetaan sähköpostilla vähintään 30 päivää etukäteen.

1. Service description
AIGhostTools provides digital services remotely via email. The service is provided by Jelena (light entrepreneur via UKKO.fi). Services:
- Automations — workflow automation, one-time build from $590 + VAT where applicable, care plan $169/month + VAT where applicable
- Growth Partner — monthly digital partnership, $2,210/month + VAT where applicable
All services are delivered remotely via email. No meetings or phone calls.
2. Automations — delivery and payment terms
The one-time build (from $590 + VAT where applicable) includes design, build, and testing of one automation. Larger projects (typically $1,600–$3,200 + VAT where applicable) are quoted at a fixed price in advance — no hourly billing. Invoiced upon delivery; larger projects follow the same 50%/50% split.
The care plan ($169/month + VAT where applicable) includes hosting and monitoring of the automation on AIGhostTools's server, fixes if a third-party service changes, and minor adjustments. Billed monthly in advance. Notice period: 30 days in writing via email, no minimum commitment period.
Usage and API fees for third-party services (e.g. AI models, cloud services, or other third-party usage- or subscription-based fees) are not included in the one-time or care-plan price. If an automation requires such paid services, this is agreed with the client in advance of go-live, and the client is responsible for these costs directly or is billed separately.
3. Growth Partner — what's included
Monthly service ($2,210/month + VAT where applicable) includes:
- Google Business Profile management: 4 posts/month + review responses
- AI visibility report (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
- Competitor analysis: 3 competitors/month
- 1 website update/month
- Monthly report via email
The service requires manager access to the client's Google Business Profile. Access is revoked when the service ends.
4. Growth Partner — billing and cancellation
- Billed monthly in advance
- Notice period: 30 days in writing via email
- No minimum commitment period
5. Copyright and ownership
All delivered work (automations, content, reports) is the client's property. Open standards are used with no usage restrictions.
6. Changes and further development
- $135/hour + VAT where applicable — additional changes beyond the one monthly update included in Growth Partner
- A fixed price may be agreed in advance for larger changes
7. Service responsibilities
AIGhostTools is responsible for: automations working within the agreed scope, and monthly delivery of Growth Partner services within the agreed scope.
AIGhostTools is not responsible for: search engine ranking guarantees, Google algorithm changes, individual factual errors in AI-generated content, Google's restriction or suspension of a Google Business Profile account, hosting service outages, or usage/API fees for third-party services used by automations.
8. Limitation of liability
AIGhostTools's total liability is limited to the monthly or project fee paid by the client. No liability for indirect damages or lost revenue.
9. Force majeure
No liability for delays caused by events beyond AIGhostTools's control (power outage, illness, network failure). Delivery schedule will be renegotiated in writing.
10. Applicable law
Finnish law applies. Competent court: Etelä-Pohjanmaa District Court (Seinäjoki, Finland).
11. Campaigns and separate offers
AIGhostTools may occasionally sell separate one-time campaign offers (e.g. Google Business Profile optimization), with price, scope, and availability stated on that campaign's own page. The campaign page's terms (e.g. price, deadline, number of slots, timing of payment) supplement these terms and do not replace them.
- Campaign prices and offers are valid only for the stated period or while the stated slots last, and AIGhostTools may end or change a campaign at any time without prior notice
- Where a campaign promises payment only after seeing the result, the result is deemed accepted if the client does not raise an objection within 48 hours of delivery
- The general provisions of these terms (including limitation of liability, force majeure, copyright, and applicable law) also apply to campaign offers unless stated otherwise on the campaign page
12. Changes to terms
Changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
