Why would I pay every month?
Because visibility in AI and on Google isn't a one-time achievement. Information goes stale, competitors move, and search engines change. A one-off project shows for a moment — ongoing work shows continuously. If the work doesn't earn its price in your eyes, you cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do I own the site and the content?
Yes. Everything I make — pages, copy, posts — is your property, including after we part ways.
How much do I have to do myself?
At the start you answer a few questions about your business by email. After that, your part is reading the monthly report and commenting if you want to. The rest is mine.
Does this work for a small local business?
A local business benefits from this the most. When someone asks AI for "the best [trade] in [city]", there's room for only a few names in the answer — and most of your competitors have done nothing to be one of them.
How does working across time zones go?
Smoothly, because nothing depends on us being awake at the same time. Everything runs by email, and on business days you'll have my reply the same day. No calls to schedule, no meetings to sync.
How does billing work?
You get an official invoice through UKKO once a month, valid for your accounting. For most business clients outside Finland the service is VAT-exempt (0%) — you just provide your company registration number. No setup fees, no hidden costs.
